Selling a Container Complex: Purchase, Dismantling and Collection

Is your container office, temporary accommodation facility or sanitary complex no longer in use? Selling a container complex takes preparation. Module connections, site access and the removal sequence all need to be considered. PITECO buys containers and container complexes, handles collection and carries out agreed dismantling when required.
Purchasing Individual Units and Complexes
We consider all types of containers, including office, accommodation, sanitary, shipping and storage units, as well as site cabins. You can offer individual modules or the complete installation.
For an assessment, send photographs showing the overall layout, each type of unit and the connections between modules. Include the number of containers, approximate dimensions and site address. Tell us whether the units are stacked and whether there is a shared roof, stairs, connecting walkways or other additional structures.
What to Consider Before Dismantling
Please also describe the electricity, water and drainage connections. Before work starts, we agree which services need to be disconnected and what preparation is required. The dismantling scope depends on the construction of the complex and the conditions at the site.
Arranging Dismantling and Collection
We discuss the purchase price alongside the work requirements. This helps establish what is included in the agreement, how loading will be organised and the order in which the modules will be removed.
If the site needs to be cleared by a particular date, include it in your enquiry. Contact PITECO with photographs of the complex so we can discuss the purchase, dismantling and collection requirements for your installation.
